This policy explains what The System Shelf collects when you visit systemshelf.com or buy a report, and how we use it. We keep this deliberately small: we collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Purchase details. When you buy a report, our payment processor collects your email and payment information to complete the sale. We receive your email address and the fact of the purchase, but never your full card number.
• Basic technical logs. Our host records standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

• To process your payment and deliver your download.
• To send your receipt and respond if you contact support.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments. Its handling of your data is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the website and stores the report files for delivery.

We share information with these providers only as needed to run the service, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies required for it to work and for checkout. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@systemshelf.com. We keep purchase records only as long as needed for accounting and support.
