Refund Policy

Our products are digital reports that download immediately after purchase, so there is nothing to return. Because of that, we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind. We do stand behind our work, though, and we will always make a genuine problem right.
When we will refund or replace
- The file will not download or is corrupted. Contact us and we will resend it. If we cannot deliver a working file, we will refund you in full.
- You were charged in error or charged twice. We will refund the incorrect charge.
- The report is materially not what the product page described. Tell us what is wrong and we will refund you.
How to request
Email support@systemshelf.com within 14 days of your purchase with your receipt or the email you used at checkout, and a short note about the problem. We reply within one business day, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
A note on accuracy
We verify every report against primary sources at publication and flag anything we could not confirm. Software vendors change their pricing and availability often, so a figure moving after publication is not by itself a defect. If you believe something was wrong at the time we published, tell us and we will look into it.
