These terms govern your use of systemshelf.com and any research reports or digital products you buy from The System Shelf (“we,” “us”). By buying or downloading a product, you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell digital research products: buyer’s guides and market maps for software categories, delivered as downloadable files (for example PDF, EPUB, and CSV). Each product page describes what is included and the price.

Your license

When you buy a report, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell it, republish it, or redistribute the file or its contents to people outside your organization. Reasonable quotation with attribution is fine.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on each product page and are one-time charges unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Delivery

Products are delivered as an instant download. After a successful payment, the confirmation page gives you a secure download link. If a download fails, contact us and we will resend it.

Accuracy

We work hard to verify every figure against primary sources at the time of publication, and we note when something could not be confirmed. Even so, software vendors change pricing and availability constantly. Reports are provided for information only, on an “as is” basis, and are not professional, legal, or financial advice. Confirm anything material with the vendor before you make a purchasing decision.

Intellectual property

All reports, text, and design are the property of The System Shelf and are protected by copyright. Your license does not transfer ownership.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you make using a report.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above.
